Shipping Information
Your MDHearingAid will be shipped from our Distribution Center by United States Postal Service, for arrival to your home within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Standard orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Standard Shipping costs $5.95
Rush Delivery
We can rush delivery (2-3 business days) to most locations within the U.S. for a shipping charge of $25 per address. Next Day Shipping is also available to most US locations.
International Orders
We ship via Express Mail International (includes insurance and tracking) for $31.95.
Warranty
The MDHearingAid™ is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the time you receive your order. If at our examination it is determined that the unit failed to work due to parts, materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it for free.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your MDHearingAid, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to return it. The reason for this long trial period is that it often takes several weeks to get used to new hearing aids (even ones costing thousands of dollars!). If after trying them for 21 days you don't feel that the MDHearingAids™ are the best hearing aids under $200, you may return them. You will receive a FULL REFUND of the purchase price. Return requests prior to trying the hearing aids for 21 days will incur a ten percent restocking fee. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any products. I have the original MAX and the NEW 2011 MAX. With the new MAX I did not have as much of my own echo to compete with, the new MAX seemed like more natural hearing so it was easier to understand people.
It is a fantastic price for fantastic quality. For those of us that need a little help hearing but may not need to get the custom (expensive) hearing aids this is perfect. It is always a little scary buying something that seems to be such a good deal… it rarely is the deal you were hoping for, but the MDHearingAids were everything i hoped for and more!

I bought this for my father in law who lives in Europe and hearing aids are extremely expensive. He has a very serious hearing problem and he can hear now with this device on a very low setting. He couldn’t thank us enough we saved his life. Very very pleased with this product.

I like this hearing aide because it was easier for my mom to use and large enough for her to handle at 89 years old. The expensive one she had she couldn’t adjust or put on herself. And she didn’t hear so good with that. This really created a more peaceful use and less worry if it is lost. Thank you.

Purchased for my 94 year old mother who is in a nursing home. She had an expensive hearing aid and lost it twice. Purchased the Acoustitone MAX Hearing Aid for her and it works fine for her. She lost this one and we just purchased another one. We would rather buy the MAX whenever she loses it than to purchase one for thousands of dollars. We would definitely recommend this heaing aid, especially for the elderly or anyone on a limited income. My husband purchased the Acoustitone PRO model and is also very happy with it. The people at this company are very friendly and helpful.

I have needed help hearing in my left ear, but did not really have resources to go the traditional routes. We read the reviews on this hearing aid on Amazon and realized it really really worked for some buyers and for a couple, it did not. For me this hearing aid is a God sent blessing. It does exactly what it needs to do for me. I was worried that I would not hear consonants well but hear only booming voices. I do hear consonants. The Acoustitone Max made the sounds come alive, Thanks for the product. I do not watch a lot of television, but now I can actually hear when we watch movies or the few programs we do watch.
